Hello from La Pedrera, Uruguay! I’m here to receive the new year in this peaceful beach paradise, where a dear friend of mine lives. We’re staying in a cozy tiny house nestled within a beautiful garden, and I can honestly say that I’ve been having the deepest, most restful nights here. The trees that surround the house feel like they’re gently massaging my nervous system, and I love surrendering to their embrace when I close my eyes at night. My mind feels more expansive and less linear than it does when I’m in the city and caught up in the usual routine. The first week here was mostly cloudy, but that didn’t bother me. I came with no fixed expectations—just the intention to chill, to do nothing in particular, and to be present with both my inner and outer worlds. So far, I’m happy to say that this aim has been fulfilled! It feels like a beautiful practice to be with whatever each day brings. I brought No Bad Parts by Richard Schwartz for summer reading—this one (paper version, not Kindle)—and I am absolutely loving it. It’s incredibly insightful and complements my journey with shadow work in a profound way. I’ve been experimenting with active embodied imagination, engaging with my different parts, and I’m already feeling shifts. I’m a big fan of exploring the inner dialogue between our parts, and if you haven’t read this book yet, I wholeheartedly recommend it! As for journaling, I decided to keep a travel journal for this trip. I don’t write every single day, but whenever I do, I make sure to catch up on the days I missed. I love capturing the details of what I’ve eaten, the places I’ve visited, and any insights or musings from the day. It’s become such a nourishing ritual, and I’m really enjoying reflecting on these summer memories as the days go by. It’s a great way to build resilience and stay present. I brought my older journal with me to finish off the year and a brand-new one to start 2025. You can find it here if you’re looking for a new journal for your own reflections. On this trip, I’ve been reflecting on the big wins and major events of 2024. I always love writing these highlights on the first page of my journal (which I leave blank for this very purpose). It’s been a year of tremendous expansion for me professionally, and I’m proud of the risks I took to make it happen. When I reflect on 2024, I also open my intuition to feel into what the next year might bring. One thing I’m certain of is that I want to continue building strong business partnerships. They’re essential to growing any business, and I’m excited to see where this path takes me. How about you? How are you welcoming in the new year? I’m wishing you a beautiful, intuitive start to 2025, filled with open curiosity and deeper integration of all your parts. May we all stay aware of the hidden jewels within our challenges and use them as opportunities for growth. Lots of love and blessings for the New Year! P.S. My calendar for 2025 is now open! Whether you want to focus on business growth or dive deeper into your personal explorations, I’d love to work with you.
This summer I traveled to Europe ( Switzerland, Sardinia and a bit of France) to celebrate my birthday. It was a trip full of movement, stimuli, challenges, changing landscapes, adaptations, wonder, and travel by various modes of transportation (plane, train, bus, car, ferry, funicular!). It had been a long time (pre-pandemic and even before) since I was on the move this much during a trip! There’s so much to tell that this newsletter wouldn’t cover it all, but I wanted to share some of the...
